PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion and endurance between treatment agent and a bladder by a method in which rough surface is formed on the surface of the bladder, and the bladder-treating agent composed of high molecular weight silicon liquid, crosslinking agent, crosslinking-acceleration agent of specified amounts and the specified silicon coupling of specifying amount, is used. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a bladder is formed into uneven rough surface with the depth of 0.05-0.1mm, and after it has been cleaned and dried by draft, said surface is coated with bladder-treating agent by a brush or spray, etc., thereby forming a silicone film. Said treating agent to be used is the material obtained by adding the silicon coupling agent shown by a general formula of X-Si(OR)3 (wherein X has amino radical) into the mixture liquid in which high molecular weight silicon liquid, crosslinking agent and crosslinking-accelerating agent are mixed with water, and its compositions are high molecular weight silicon liquid of at least 10%, crosslinking agent of 15-25%, crosslinking-accelerating agent of 1.0-3.0%, silane coupling agent of 0.5-1.0% and water of residual. The bladder on which the silicon film having excellent lubricity and adhesion is formed on the surface, is fitted into a green tyer, and then vulcanization is carried out. If the mold release effect of the silicone film is lowered, the coating operation of said treating agent is repeated, whereby the use of long period may be achieved. |
