PURPOSE: To form a microcapsule which is activated and broken down by heat by encapsulating a hydrophobic liquid core having a diameter of 50 microns or larger with a wall containing numerous wall inclusion particles having diameters of 15 microns or smaller. CONSTITUTION: A central hydrophobic liquid core having a diameter of 50 microns or larger is encapsulated with a wall containing numerous wall inclusion particles having diameters of 15 microns or smaller to form a microcapsule. The diameter of the hydrophobic liquid core is preferably from 50 to 350 microns, and the most thin part of the wall is preferably from 2 to 50 microns thick. The diameter of the above-mentioned core is preferably from 75 to 300 microns, more preferably from 100 to 250 microns. Also, the diameter of the wall inclusion particle is preferably 25% of the core diameter or smaller, more preferably 15% of the core diameter or smaller. |
