PURPOSE:To add water to the subject raw material within a shortened water- adding time with a small-type device by introducing granular brewing raw materials into a heating tube, heat-treating with hot steam, denaturing and swelling after discharging thereof under a low pressure and supplying to a vessel on a rotating plate together with liquid seed malts and water. CONSTITUTION:Granular brewing raw materials are introduced into a tube-like heating tube 1 in which hot steam flows from a hopper 10 by a raw material throwing device 7 formed with a rotary valve, etc., and heat-treated. Then the raw materials are separated from the hot steam by a cyclone 5, and discharged into a swelling tube 15 for transferring from a high pressure part to a low pressure part under a low pressure by a raw material discharging device 12 at a raw material ejecting port 11 to obtain denatured swollen raw materials. Next, said raw materials are supplied onto a disk 31 having a pin 32 on the upper surface and rotating together with liquid malts from a liquid seed malts- preparing device 40 and water from a water tank 42 to add water to the denatured and swollen brewing raw materials. |
