MULTIACTION TYPE ELECTRONIC DIGITAL TIMER

PURPOSE:To stabilize the starting of a timer-operated recorder by allowing the timer-on thererof at a given time before the preset time with a cue function attached. CONSTITUTION:Timer counters 60a and 60b for setting the timer-on time are initially set at 12:29:55, 0:0:0 or the like. Closing a cue switch turns the output Q of a JK type FF to a high level to open and close an AND gate and an And gate 62a and 62b. As soon as the contents of a clock counter 64 coincide with those of a counter 64a, the output of a comparator 66 is converted into a timer- on signal via the gate 62a so as to serve as a cue for activating the timer-on action at a given time such as 5sec before the preset time. This ensures stable starting of a recorder or the like requiring some time length before it is stabilized through a pre-starting by a timer.
