PURPOSE:To more exactly correct the oscillation of a signal waveform by removing the oscillation of a comparatively high frequency in the signal waveform. CONSTITUTION:The exact position of a first peak 10 is found and the exact relative position of a second peak 16 to the first peak 10 and the exact relative position of a third peak 20 to the first peak 10 are derived. By replacing areas including the first-third peaks 10, 16 and 20 with straight lines 15, 19 and 23 respectively in the original waveform, a straight line BS1 is prepared. The filtering of a low-pass filter with wide band width is applied to the original waveform, the filtering of a low-pass filter with narrow band width is applied to the base line BS1 and the waveform after correction is found by subtracting the base line BS1 from the obtained waveform. Thus, a level in the area with prescribed width including the peaks 10, 16 and 20 in the signal waveform is corrected so as to be always fixed. |
