<p>PURPOSE:To speed up admission procedure by reading out member's data from a certificate of a prescribed format from a stored describing position and printing out the data on a member's card. CONSTITUTION:The certificate 6 is set up on an image reader 3 to read out the contents of the certificate 6 and a switch 7a corresponding to the sort of the certificate 6 out of plural switches 7a of a selector 7 is depressed. The selector 7 outputs a signal indicating the sort of the certificate 6 to a POS body 1, which reads out the describing position of member's data for the certificate 6 specified by the signal from a storage means and outputs the data to a member's data extracting means. The extracting means extracts the read and formed member's data on the image data of the certificate 6 and outputs the extracted data to a member's data working means 2. The means 2 converts the outputted member's data to the size appropriate for a member control card 8, positions the data on a prescribed position of the card 8 by a member's data positioning means and then outputs the data to a printer 4 and a storage device 5 to print out the prescribed member's card. Since the card 8 can be issued only by reading out the certificate 6 by the reader 3, the admission procedure can be rapidly executed.</p> |
