PURPOSE:To switch film advance states without varying a film loop, by providing a subordinate shaft which turns at a high speed separately from a main shaft which drives a film advance claw. CONSTITUTION:In a normal projection state, a worm 25 provided to a main shaft rotates by a motor 20 through a belt 21 to operate on a film advance claw 7 for a film advance, and also to drive continuous film advance sprocket shafts 40 and 42 through a worm gear 35 meshing with the worm 25. For a film advance or fast rewinding, a solenoid 51 is put in operation to couple the worm gear 35 with the worm 29 of a high-speed subordinate shaft, and the claw is disengaged from a film through a lever 61, so that the fast advance is made only by the sprocket shafts 40 and 42. When solenoids 50 and 70 are operated simultaneously, the worm gear 35 engages with neither the worm 25 nor 29, thereby holding a manual advance in readiness. |
