PURPOSE:To manufacture the high permeability ferrite core simply and inexpensively in large quantity with less dispersion by embedding the ferrite core in ferrite powder comprising a specified composition and burning the ferrite core. CONSTITUTION:The ferrite dust core is embeded in the ferrite powder, which has the composition wherein amount of ZnO is larger than that in the composition of the dust core to be burned and includes one or more of Bi2O3, In2O3, SnO and V2O5 as subcomponents and burning is performed. By embedding the dust core in the powder in this way, Zn in the powder evaporates earlier than the dust core with the increase in temperature, and evaporated atomosphere completely fills the dust core. Therefore, Zn in the dust core which is easy to be evaporated can be approximately perfectly suppressed. Furthermore, by preparing the above mentioned composition of the powder, the magnetic characteristics are further improved. |
