PURPOSE:To automatically control a power source by calculating the accumulated numbers of those who passed through the entrance and of those who passed through the exit using signals from a detecting means, and judging whether the signal values are equal. CONSTITUTION:To a calculating means 30 an entrance detection signal is input from an entrance detecting means 10 and an exit detection signal from an exit detecting means 20. In response to the input of the entrance detection signal from the entrance detecting means 10, 1 is added to the accumulated number of those who passed through the entrance, and in response to the input of the exit detection signal from the exit detecting means 20, 1 is added to the accumulated number of those who passed through the exit. Further the calculating means 30 detects whether the accumulated numbers of those who passed through the entrance and of those who passed through the exit are equal, and when they are judged to be equal a power source is turned off by a power source control means 40, whereas when judged to be unequal the power source is kept in its ON state. Thereby the power source is automatically controlled. |
