FUSED POLYPEPTIDE AND ITS PRODUCTION

NEW MATERIAL:A fused polypeptide obtained by inserting an amino acid sequence corresponding to a DNA having multicloning sites and also being integrated with an amino acid sequence from the fifth amino acid till N end of beta-galactosidase to an N terminal of a polypeptide derived from lck gene. USE:Diagnosis of adult T cell leukemia, etc. PREPARATION:A DNA having multiclonal sites is integrated at the desirable site with lck gene-containing DNA. Then, whole or a part of the integrated DNA is inserted to a manifestation vector of Escherichia coli to transform this bacilli with the recombinant vector. The transformed Escherichia coli is cultured and the objective fused polypeptide is collected.
