PURPOSE:To provide the subject system enabling to greatly reduce labor and processing time by integrally disposing a carrying section comprising a carrying belt disposed on a frame and having a fried bean curd-catching mechanism thereon, a boiling section for frying the bean curd during the carriage, a cooling section and a cutting section for cutting the fried bean curd into a proper shape. CONSTITUTION:Driving wheels 2, 2 driven with a power 3 are pivotally supported on both the sides of a frame 1 in a mutually separated state at a proper interval and a carrying belt 4 is tensively spread on the driving wheels 2, 2. Bean curd (x) is caught in a carrying section A comprising a fried bean curd-catching mechanism of pin bars 6 and disposed on the surface of the carrying belt 14, carried, boiled with a heating device 9 disposed on the bottom of an oil pan in a boiling section B, de-oiled, cooled with a water shower sprayed from a branched spray nozzle 14 disposed at the tip of a water stream tube 15 and subsequently cut into a proper shape with a cutting blade 17 in a shaping cutting section D. All operations comprising the oil-draining operation, cooling operation, shaping operation, etc., of the fried bean curd are continuously performed according to the wholly automatic processing system. |
