PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive property of a photosensitive layer to a substrate and the printing and scratch resistances of a plano-graphic printing plate by adhering a primer layer contg. at least one kind of compd. a urethane bond and/or a urea bond to the substrate with a silane coupling agent contg. a specified functional group. CONSTITUTION:A primer layer contg. at least one kind of compd. contg. a urethane bond and/or a urea bond is adhered to a substrate with a silane coupling agent contg. a functional group represented by formula I, wherein n is an integer of 1-3, X is alkyl, vinyl or an org. group having a functional group capable of bonding to the compd. contained in the primer layer and having affinity, R is H or 1-5C alkyl and Y is hydroxyl or an org. group forming hydroxyl by hydrolysis. The adhesive strength of a photosensitive layer to the substrate is considerably improved and a planographic printing plate having superior printing and scratch resistances is obtd. |
