<p>Cut-resistant seat or seating material has at least one layer of flexible metal or non-metal matrix material which is embedded in a compressed flexible foam polymer material, the latter pref. being fire retardant. The matrix material is a woven or non-woven mat of metal fibres, or wires, esp. a woven metal wire mesh and esp. stainless steel in the form of 6 mesh, 20 gauge, 304 woven stainless steel wire. The flexible foam polymer which is fire retardant, is esp. a polyurethane.</p> |
