The automatic transmission comprises an input shaft (2) connected to an engine, an output shaft (3) connected to a wheel shaft, a differential gear cases (4) (9) having ring gears (5)(10), side gears (6a)(7a)(3b)(11a) mounted with right gears (7)(11), a left side gear (b) and a pinions (8) (12), a differential gear arranged between the end of the shafts (2)(3) by a bearing, the first connecting shaft (13) connected between a gear (2a) of the output shaft (3) and the ring gear (10) of the second differential gear, the second connecting shaft (14) connected between the gear (6) of the first differential gear and the ring gear (10) of the second differential gear, and the third connecting shaft (15) mounted between the gear (7) and the side gear (11).
