The transmission of synchronized shifting comprises a clutch hub (4) fixed to an input shaft (1), a clutch hub sleeve (5) for sliding along the outer surface of the hub (4), a sleeve (19) fixed by a snap ring (23) to the shaft (1), a synchronizer ring (22) mounted between the shaft (1) and the sleeve (5) and a clutch cone (20) arranged to a rear cover (21') of a case (21). The transmission has synchronized function for selective contact friction with the clutch cone (20) and the synchronizer ring (22).
