The double-layer cushion tire is characterized by absorbing a random vibration of the road surface to the basic pneumatic tire, and absorbing the residual vibration to the inner tire through the rim. The cushion tire minimizes the vibration because the vibration of the rod surface is absrobed in the two step-pneumatic tires, and is transferred through the inner rim to the hub. The cushion tire has a good running performance.
