PURPOSE:To obtain a light and tough coffin made of paper with a shorter burning time by using numerous paper cylinders arranged as core material to bond both ends of the paper cylinders on the inner surface of a surface sheet. CONSTITUTION:A paper plate material 3 composing a bottom plate 6, side plates 4 and end plates 5 is made up of a core material 1 and a surface sheet 2 bonded on the surface thereof and the core material 1 are made up of paper cylinders 1A arranged in a plane. Then, both ends of the core material are bonded together. To connect the paper cylinders to be arranged in a plane, numerous paper cylinders are cut to a fixed length and arranged sideways to be bonded between adjacent paper cylinders at a contact point thereof. Otherwise, when they are arranged in a honeycomb, long strips of paper cut in a fixed width are folded so that a phase thereof is differentiated by 180 deg. thereby bonding contact surfaces thereof. |
