PURPOSE:To obviate the replacement work of a spacer and to enhance the productivity in the case of preparing rubber material for various kinds and a small amount production by constituting a stopper mechanism which controls the regression rate of an extrusion plunger of both a controlling screw being a stopper member and a driving part for driving this controlling screw. CONSTITUTION:When a screw 7 is advanced, rubber material R is introduced into a material weighing cylinder 3 via a communication path 5. At this time, a controlling screw 33 being a stopper member is arranged to the upper part and the position of the rear dead point of an extrusion plunger 11 is regulated and therefore the specified amount of rubber material R is always supplied into the material weighing cylinder 3. In the case of changing the preset weighing value of rubber material, when the position of the stopper is inputted and set to a digital switch 36, the signal of the set position is inputted to a servomotor driver 39 via a controller 37 and an AC servomotor 38 is driven. Driving force of the motor 38 is transmitted to the controlling screw 33 via a gear 40. The extrusion plunger is advanced and retreated at the prescribed rate and stopped and positioning thereof is performed. Accordingly, the need for troublesome replacement work of the spacer is obviated. |
