PURPOSE:To improve the performance of an engine remarkably by setting the injection angle of a fuel injection valve small for injection in the low speed range of the engine and setting it large in the high speed range of the engine to make a collision with fuel on an opposing injection valve side near intake-air piping. CONSTITUTION:In the low speed range of an engine, as indicated by the arrow of a dot line, the fuel injection angle of one fuel injection valve 2 is set small in the flow direction of sucked air to inject fuel from the fuel injection valve 2 toward an intake-air valve 23, so it is mixed with a little sucked air to supply it to a fuel chamber 7. In the high speed range of the engine, a movable column- shaped body is rotated by a vacuum type diaphragm, and as indicated by the arrow of a solid line, the fuel injection angle of variable fuel injection valves 2, 3 is increased in the flow direction of sucked air. The fuel injection angle is set to a position where the fuel injected from the opposing variable fuel injection valves 2, 3 is atomized so as to obtain good collision in the center of intake-air piping. |
