PURPOSE:To improve the correcting force of meandering by providing an iron core which a bended part is made bysymmetrically to the center line from the middle part in the width direction of sheet in rolls for preventing meandering and providing plural bearings on the iron core and fitting a rubber sleeve on the outer periphery of the bearings. CONSTITUTION:A device has a pair of rolls which are bent into chevron 3 from the middle of a roll, a travelling strip 1 and a mechanism 6 with which one side of chocks can be turned and then a pair of rolls 2 is opened and closed with a opening and closing mechanism of an air cylinder 4 and electric motor 5, etc., since the rolls 2 have a part, the correcting force of meandering is larger and the alignment of sure directionality is obtained by the turning mechanism 6 at an end of roll, the rolls can contribute to the stable operation of line. |
