PURPOSE:To enable a mandrel to be extracted straight exactly from a hose intermediate molding by inserting a nozzle between a mandrel and a hose, and extruding the mandrel from the other end side of the hose by pressing one end surface of the mandrel, and the lowering extruding speed of the mandrel by putting the brake on the outer surface of the mandrel. CONSTITUTION:Between the outer surface of a mandrel 2 at one end of a hose intermediate molding 1 and the inner surface of the hose 3, a nozzle 5 is inserted, and pressurized fluid is supplied from the nozzle 5 to the one end part of the hose intermediate molding 1. The fluid comes into the interface defined by the inner surface of the hose and the outer surface of the mandrel 2, resulting in the separation of the outer surface of the mandrel from the inner surface of the hose 3. And, fluid comes into the space between them, and thus, the mandrel 2 extrudes forcefully from the other end side of the hose through the pressure of the fluid. The mandrel 2 extruded therefrom is held by a pair of rotational braking means 9, and since brake forces are applied on the surface of the mandrel by frictional forces produced between the pair of rotational braking means, the extruding speed of the mandrel is lowered. Accordingly, the mandrel can be extracted straight therefrom. |
