Foldable rigid craft: the rigid parts are articulated to one another by means of an impermeable textile material providing sealing. The hull consists of six rigid panels (the base: starboard and port; the sides: starboard and port planking; the bow and stern panels, hinged in two parts along their vertical axis). The rigid parts - when the craft is assembled - are held secure to one another by interfitting using a set of tensioners (straps or rigid tensioners). The cohesion of the angle joints and of the bow and stern panels is enhanced by the use of "irons" fixing by interlocking over the gunnels. The three benches, bow, middle, stern, are fixed to the hull in order to make the latter perfectly rigid. <IMAGE>
