<p>The flame laminating device according to the invention comprises two burners 28, 33 and three press-rolls 3, 4, 5 delimiting the path of the laminating foam 25 and the material or materials, for example the fabrics 26, 27, to be laminated, to one or other face or to both faces of the foam 25. The axes 17, 19, 24 of the press-rolls are parallel and substantially in the same vertical plane. The central roll 3 is fixed in position; the upper roll 4 and the lower roll 5 are each equipped with cylinder actuators 14, 20 capable of moving the said roll vertically between two positions, a first position called the retracted position, where it is distant from the central roll 3, and a second position called the contact position, where it is close to to the central roll 3, and limit stops capable of accurately adjusting the nip (separation) of the said roll 4, 5 in relation to the central roll 3 in the contact position. <IMAGE></p> |
