The fastening system for radiation lamps has a connection body (1) and a rotatable lamp base (2) with a connector (3) to fit the body (1). The body (1) is tubular, with a base (4) and a sleeve (5). The underside of the base (4) forms a smooth surface for rotation of the lamp base (2). The sleeve (5) has an open channel (8) connected to an input aperture (7) with a slotted base lock (10). The connector (3) comprises a flange (11) adapted to fit the channel (8) and a tube (12) fixed thereto and rotatably connected to the lamp base (2) and slotted into the lock (10). Over rotation is prevented by an element (14a) between the smooth side of the base (4) and the lamp base (2). ADVANTAGE - Made from few parts and does not need tools to connect. Lamp base can rotate about 360 deg.
