PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the deposition of tyrosin crystals by adding whey and/or a whey-originated by-product to a food containing the tyrosine. CONSTITUTION:Whey and/or a by-product originated from the whey, such as whey mineral or concentrated whey protein are added to a food containing the tyrosine such as water-boiled bamboo shout, miso (soybean paste) or salted cuttlefish guts in an amount of <= approximately 10wt.% based on the whole amount of the food. |
