The machine having inner finishing balls (40) rotated by cam and rollers removes foreign substance such as hydro-carbon on the cylinder wall for reusing a gas cylinder and maintaining high purity of gas in the cylinder. The machine comprises rollers (3)(3a) fixed by beraing housing (5) on the rectangular frame (1); center-adjusting column (11) between each rollers (3,3a); rotary shaft (6) amd foxomg rpd (5) at the lower frame (1); tapered bearing (30) at 60th sides of the shaft (6), being rotatable in hole (28) of lower support frame (27); pulley shaft (21) inserted to hole (20) on support bar (19); transmitting pulley (23) fixed at tapered concave section with cam groove (22); cam shaft (35) fixing cam (34); chain gear (36), on cam shaft (35), connected with chain gear (38) of driving motor (37) on the frame (27) by chain (39).
