PURPOSE:To reduce a resonance frequency and to improve load characteristic of a motor by composing a stator of porous sintered material. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 is formed of porous sintered material in which fine pores are uniformly dispersed, and formed by metal injection. The stator 1 of the material obtained by the injection has a linear expansion coefficient substantially equal to that of piezoelectric ceramics. According to the injection, thickness of a thin part 5 can be considerably reduced, and even if it is, for example, set to about 0.4mm, no problem occurs. If the porosity of the material is less than 5%, sufficient strength can be obtained, and warpage after sintering can be prevented. Thus, a resonance frequency can be reduced without altering the shape of the stator 1, thereby improving load characteristic of a motor. |
