PURPOSE:To make control on outside dimensions easier by a method in which frame-shaped parts, a flat groove for housing a face heater, a deep groove for housing electrically insulating block, etc., and a through hole are formed on the surface of a plywood base plate. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a plywood base plate 1, a flat groove 4 is formed by leaving a framed edge 2 on its all-over periphery. A deep groove 6 leading to the groove 4 is also formed for housing an electrically insulating block 9 and a feeding cord 5. A through hole 7 is formed on the back of the plate 1 and the block 9 and the cord 5 are housed in the groove 6. The cord 5 is upwardly passed through the hole 11 of a protective sheet 10 and connected to the cord of a face heater 3, and a heat-equalizing plate 12 is placed. An earth tap (a) is formed, a resin sheet 13 is placed, and a decorated plate 8 is laminated on them. The formation of the groove 6 can prevent the variation of outside dimensions, thereby making control on the dimensions easier. |
