PURPOSE:To quickly and surely read information after reception by allowing a recipient itself to add a specific mark having a specific function to reception information and reading and displaying the reception information based on the specific mark. CONSTITUTION:When a specific mark addition switch 14 is operated, a switch control signal is sent to a 3rd storage section 10 via a control section 5, a display signal of a specific mark is called and displayed before a relevant message on a display section 4a via the control section 5 and the specific mark is added before the message. Thus, each message is integrated with the specific mark and stored again in a 2nd storage section 9 by adding the specific mark to a required message in this way. Then a message read switch 11 is operated and the message is read, and when plural messages exist and the priority is decided by the specific mark, each message is displayed by the priority.
