Electrical control group circuit - uses four up=down counters with gates to transmit using single conductor

The electrical circuit has two parallel control groups. Each group comprises two series counters made from programmable up-down counters (PC-A,B,C & D). The four counters in the two counter groups are controlled by a further up-down counter (PC-E). The inputs and outputs of both control groups are connected to parallel resistors. Additionally, the circuit is clocked by a quartz controlled time base. USE/ADVANTAGE - Control and power signalling using single conductor.
