A fabrication method for metallic powder comprises (1) evaporating a metal in vacuum, (2) condensing a evaproated metallic species in a cluster by cooling inner surface of vacuum chamber wall, which forms low teperature zone between high temperature center and cooled inner surface, and (3) vibrating scalelike plate, which is installed not to interfere path of falling ultra fine powders at inner surface of chamber wall and not them to be plated on the surface of wall, with supersonic generator. It is very useful for the preparation of metallic powder which is applied for alloying, painting, and ink for printed electronic circuit.
