PURPOSE:To exclude the piercing work of a ceramic substrate as the means for connection and fixing between ceramics and a metallic vessel by tightening screws to fix the edge of the ceramic substrate, on which a microwave strip line is formed, to recessed parts vertically cut to the raised wall of a vessel with elastic spacers between them. CONSTITUTION:A raised wall 11 is provided with plural recessed parts 12, which bite into the wall part reaching the rear face of the bottom of a shield vessel 1, in the vertical direction, and a ceramic substrate 2 is fitted to the bottom face in the vessel 1 throughout from the open end of the vessel 1, and screws are depressed and tightened into tapped holes 14, which are provided in the bottom of the vessel 1, from above with spacers 13 between them at the edge of the ceramic substrate 2. Consequently, the ceramic substrate 2 provided with a microwave strip line 5 on the surface in the metallic vessel 1 is firmly fixed through conductor layer 3 formed on the bottom face. Thus, the piercing work of the ceramic substrate 2 is excluded. |
