PURPOSE:To prevent harmonics of an RF signal and a reference signal from leaking externally by making a VCO section and an SPD section into MIC constitution, and forming them in a same package. CONSTITUTION:A VCO section 1 is provided with a FET 11 as an oscillation element, a dielectric resonator 12, a strip line 13, a stub 14, a bias inductance 15 and a resistor 16 or the like and formed as a band reflection type dielectric resonator VCO. Moreover, an SPD section 2 consists of a diode 21, a resistor 22, and a capacitor 23 or the like. Then the VCO section 1 and the SPD (phase detector) section 2 are mounted on a same film circuit board in MIC processing by mounting chip components on the board and the both are integrated. Thus, the structure interconnecting the VCO section 1 and the SPD section 2 at the outside of a package with a microstrip line or the like is not required, and leaking an RF signal fed from the VCO section 1 to the SPD section 2 externally is prevented. |
