<p>PURPOSE: To maintain the prescribed ratio of two components during the coating application work by an automatic adjusting means responding with feedback signals from first and second motors for incessant adjustment of the ratio of the volumetric flow rates of the first and second components with respect to a reference ratio. CONSTITUTION: A motor driving means 22 responds with the input signal inclusive of a reference speed signal for discretely controlling the speeds of the first and second motors 16 and 20. The automatic adjusting means 24 for the spray coating apparatus 10 of a type to apply the coating material consisting of prescribed mixture composed of the at least two liquid components on the working portion compares the instantaneous speeds of the motors 16 and 20 and the reference speed and responds with the feedback signals from the motors 16 and 20 for incessant adjustment of the ratio of the volumetric flow rates of the first and second components with respect to the reference ratio by discretely adjusting the speeds of the motors 16 and 20 so as to coincide with the reference speed. Consequently, the maintaining of the exact predetermined ratio of the two components during the coating application work is made possible at all times.</p> |
