PURPOSE:To fix integrally reliably and firmly a synthetic resin line and barbed body and a barbed synthetic resin line superior in durability is obtained, by a method wherein the barbed body is molded by injecting synthetic resin into a molding space for the barbed body and the same is repeated while performing intermittent feed of a single line or a twisted line made of the synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A barbed body 2 is made into a cross-shaped matter by providing a barbed needle 9 on the circumference of a boss 8 in a projecting state and a barbed body molding space 6 can be formed with a two-part mold. After a single line 1 made of synthetic resin is arranged into a recessed space 5 of a bottom force and mold clamping is performed by closing a top force, the same kind of the synthetic resin as the single line is injected into a barbed body molding space 6 and simultaneously with molding of the barbed body 2 the same is unified by fusing the same to the single line 1. Then a molded product is demolded by breaking the mold, the same is moved in a longitudinal direction of the single line 1 by a fixed pitch, the single line 1 of an unmolded part of the barbed body 2 is arranged again in the recessed part space 5 and the barbed body 2 is injection-molded. The same procedure is performed repeatedly along a length of the single line 1 and a barbed synthetic resin line having a fixed length is manufactured. |
