<p>PURPOSE:To sharply develop a fine and complicated pattern by applying undercoating based on pigment to the surface of a base material to print a character or a pattern and heating printing ink up to a semicured state and subsequently bonding a stamping foil to the printing ink part under pressure and applying transparent clear topcoating thereto after perfect curing. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 is composed of an arbitrary metal product such as aluminum, bress, stainless steel or iron subjected to surface anodic oxidation treatment. Undercoating based on pigment is applied to the entire surface of the base material 1 composed of the metal product. A desired character or pattern is partially printed on the undercoating film 2 by screen printing and a stamping foil 4 composed of a gold foil, a silver foil, a brass foil or a copper foil is placed on the part of the printing ink 3 and bonded thereto under pressure by a heated elastomer composed of silicone rubber. The whole is heated so as to perfectly cure the printing ink to be dried. A transparent clear coating film 5 is applied to the entire surface of the whole to obtain a product A.</p> |
