MANUFACTURE OF SHEET CUSHION FOAM HAVING UNEVEN HARDNESS

PURPOSE:To obtain desired uneven hardness by enabling attainment of the title cushion foam into elimination of CFC and obtain desired uneven hardness by making percentage of defectiveness such as roughnening of cell or a crack within a foam extremely low even by high-mold-temperature casting, by a method wherein foaming raw materials comprised of main raw materials such as polyol and polyisocyanate and auxiliary raw materials comprised of water for a catalyst and foaming and a foam stabilizer are foam-molded within a foaming mold to which a temperature difference is given. CONSTITUTION:Foaming raw materials comprised of main raw materials such as polyol and isocyanate and auxiliary raw materials comprised of water for a catalyst and foaming and a foam stabilizer are foam-molded within a foaming mold to which a temperature difference is given. Even sole use or combined use with polymerpolyol may be good fork the polyol. A temperature difference may be given to a mold so that a mold part molding a side part of a sheet becomes a low temperature than that of a mold part molding a main part of the sheet, in the foaming mold. An organic metallic catalyst and third class amine catalyst may be used single or jointly as the catalyst and a silicon surface active agent may be used also as the foam stabilizer.
