<p>PURPOSE:To secure a sufficient hinge pin pressure fitting action by engaging a load receiving arm with a first hinge receiving member and displacing a hinge pin press-fitting arm after penetrating a second hinge receiving member and with its directing to the 1st hinge member. CONSTITUTION:When a door C and car body B arrive at a door assembly station, a hinge pin P is locked to permanent magnets 460a, 460b after pulling out of the hinge receiving member of the door C manually, the door C is displaced and the hinge receiving member of the car body B and that of the door C are engaged. At this time the tips of load receiving arms 454, 456 are fitted into the hinge receiving member of the door C. The hinge pin P is then fitted into the respective hinge receiving members of the car body B and door C with movable arms 458a, 458b being displaced by cylinders 438a, 438b, the moving distance is controlled with brackets 450a, 450b being approached to contactless switches 446a, 446b, displaced until arriving at contactless switches 448a, 448b, the door C is closed by a closing mechanism and the work with respect to the hinge pin P is extremely simplified.</p> |
