<p>PURPOSE:To make a vol. minimum and to perform rapid heating by circulating a medium between a medium path in a hot plate, a heater pipe path and a cooling tank, mixing a high temp. medium and a low temp. medium, providing a three direction switching valve for switching a flow direction and performing a programmed heating and cooling of the hot plate. CONSTITUTION:A heating medium passes through heaters 5 and 6 from a regenerator tank 14 by means of a circulation pump 7 and heats rapidly a hot plate 1. It flows in the B-A direction of a three direction switching valve 11 and is heated in the heater pipe paths 5 and 6 and heats again the hot plate 1. The port C of the three direction switching valve 10 is opened by means of a temp. controller 3 and a part of the heating medium is circulated between the hot plate 1 and the three direction switching valve 10 by means of a feed pump 8. When on-off control is performed, three direction switching valve 9, 10 and 11 and a two direction switching valve 12 are switched. The medium in the hot plate is sent in a cooling tank by means of the feed pump 8 and is cooled there. On this instance, if the degree of opening of the port A of the three direction switching valve is adjusted, the port C is opened and the medium in the hot plate is mixed with the medium from the cooling tank 14 and the cooling speed is thereby adjusted.</p> |
