PURPOSE:To obtain the subject accelerator of alcoholic metabolism accelerating metabolism of alcohol digested into a living body and suppressing generation of ketone or keto acid containing omega6-based unsaturated fatty acid. CONSTITUTION:The objective accelerator is obtained by containing omega6-based unsaturated fatty acid (e.g. gamma-linolenic acid) and suitable amounts of other components such as vitamin, mineral, sweetener, coloring matter, bulk filler or shaping agent and subjecting to formulation. Said accelerator is able to be prepared in a shape of powder, tablet, paste, liquid or capsule, etc. Microorganism producible of lipid containing gamma-linolenic acid belonging to genus Mucor is cultured to obtain said gamma-linolenic acid. Said accelerator of alcoholic metabolism is able to avoid a symptom of headache or vomiting and able to maintain normal body conditions. |
