<p>PURPOSE:To enable it to follow up the cause of trouble so quickly by displaying a spot corresponding to the abnormal part on a layout drawing of a display unit and the designation and content of the abnormal part, respectively, if the trouble is detected at the time of monitoring the operating state of a numerically controlled machine tool. CONSTITUTION:When a main sequencer 4 has detected an abnormal state of a machine tool, a spot corresponding to a part where the abnormal state is detected is displayed on a layout drawing of the machine tool displayed on each of display units CRT1 - CRT6. Then, the designation and content of the abnormal state are displayed on the pertinent display unit CRT by an FA controller 3 via the main sequencer 4, and input-output conditions of a sensor, an actuator or control means being related to the contents of the abnormal state are displayed. In addition, these input-output conditions of those of sensor, actuator or control means so far operated when the abnormal state is detected are displayed by a central processing unit (CPU) of the FA controller 3 so as to discriminate it from other input-output conditions.</p> |
