PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition improved in moistureproofness, heat stability, processability and mechanical properties by grafting an aromatic vinyl compound onto a vinyl chloride resin to a specified degree of grafting. CONSTITUTION:An aromatic vinyl compound (A) is grafted onto 10-80wt.% vinyl chloride resin (B) which is a (co)polymer containing at least 70wt.% vinyl chloride at 60-150 deg.C in the presence of optionally a chain transfer agent and a polymerization initiator to obtain the title composition wherein component A is grafted onto component B to a degree of grafting of 1% or more.
