Linking arrangement intended to permit the linking of digital terminals (1A, 1B), with low working throughput of data, to a transmission interface (2), with high throughput, of a port of a telecommunication installation (4) which is provided for serving a terminal having a markedly higher working throughput, in particular in the case of a transmission made in alternate and asynchronous mode. The arrangement includes means of reserving equal time lapses for each frame for an alternate exchange between the high-throughput interface of the port and each of the terminals with low working throughput served by this interface. <IMAGE>
