The machine has multi fuctions for dectecting the half of a money paper and controlling the preset function fordetermina the prior state of a microprocessor controller. The machine comprises the start switch (1) and preset switch (2) for operating microprocessor controller (8) and determining its prior state; sensor (3) for detecting the money insert; sensor (4) for detecting the half of a money note; sensor (5) for detecting the withdrawal of money; sensor (6) for counting notes; the input converting circuint (7) for converting signals from switches and sensors into high/low logic level signals; microprocessor controller (8) with counting display circuit (9) and preset control circuit (10); DC motor control circuit (12) connected with the controller (8) and DC motor (11).
