PURPOSE: To obtain a super absorbent polymer composite structure by forming it of a first porous layer, a foam second layer containing a super absorbing fine particle material, a liquid impermeable third layer, and a means for coupling the first layer to the second layers and the second layer to the third layer. CONSTITUTION: The super absorbent composite structure comprises a first porous cover sheet, a super absorbing material-containing foam second layer, a liquid impermeable third layer and a means for coupling the first layer to the second layer and the second layer to the third layer. The first layer is made of a flexible cloth easily coupled to the liquid permeable foam material contained in the second layer of a composite material. The second foam layer is a combination substance obtained by mixing a super absorbent polymer within a foam component. The third layer is a soft liquid impermeable material to aid holding of the super absorbing material in the second foam layer. The three composite layers are coupled by a general coupling operation. As a preferred embodiment, the layer is coupled by using a polyamide adhesive web. The three layers having the web are combined, and coupled by pressing via a compression heating. |
