<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a fine and sanitary hollow vessel by a method wherein an interposing member is heated by a heating means just before closing a blowing port and, after the closing, the portion taking part in melting by heating is removed. CONSTITUTION:Hollow vessels 1a, 1b and 1c are carried by a proper conveying means. A thin aluminum plate 7 is fed endlessly and continuously in the vicinity of a high frequency generating device 6 by means of a plurality of rotators 8. The tin plate 9 being brought into contact with a blowing port 5 under pressure is applied with high frequency waves by the high frequency generating device 6 so as to be induction-heated in order to heat and melt the neighboring resin and consequently to close the blowing pot 5. The synthetic resin adhered to the thin plate 9 is easily scraped off by a squeegee 9 when the thin plate 7 is moved and past under the squeegee 9. Thus, because no synthetic resin is left onto the thin aluminum plate 7, no adhesion of carbide onto the hollow vessel occurs, resulting in enabling to obtain a fine and sanitary hollow vessel. Preferably, the interposing member may be composed of a thin plate made of ferromagnetic material.</p> |
