Disclosed are novel pyridine derivatives of the formula (I) where R1 is hydrogen or hydroxyl, R2 is hydroxymethyl, R3 is dimethylaminomethyl, pyrrolidinomethyl, piperidinomethyl or m o r p h o l i n o m e t h y l, or R2 and R3 together may furthermore form the group -CH2-O-CH2-, where a hydrogen atom may be replaced by hydroxyl or methoxy, and R4 is npropyl, isopropyl or n-butyl, and its salts with physiologically tolerated acides. These derivatives are useful for the therapy of cardiac arrhythmias. |
