PURPOSE:To perform simple, safe and sure cutting by providing a sliding member having a cutting knife section at the tip and slidably inserted into a flexible sheath and a fixing member fixed to the forceps port of an endoscope on an operation section. CONSTITUTION:The click section 24 of the fixing tool 23 of a cutting tool 1 is clicked on a forceps port 22, an endoscope 20 and the cutting tool 1 are fixed with a fastening ring 26, then a plug 28 is connected to a high-frequency power source, and the endoscope 20 is inserted into a body cavity 29 and moved near the target portion. When an operation section 4 is rotated to the position of a cut section 30 at the target portion, a knife wire 5 exposed with a knife section 2 is rotated. The endoscope 20 is further advanced, and the knife wire 5 is advanced to the position beyond the cut section 30. When a high-frequency current is fed to the knife wire 5 and a slider 15 is pulled to this side, the knife section 2 is moved to this side, and the cut section 30 is cut. When a hand is released, the slider 15 is moved to the tip side by the action of a spring 17, the knife section 2 is protruded until a connecting member 7 is brought into contact with the inside of a chip 11 at the tip, and the cut section 30 is safely cut by repeating similar actions. |
