PURPOSE:To attain the change of the processing contents of programs at each time by writing the program data received from an external device into a RAM in an inactive state of a CPU and reading the program data out of the RAM into the CPU in an active state respectively. CONSTITUTION:The optional program data is written into a RAM 30 from an external device 40 and stored there. Then a CPU 10 reads the program data out of the RAM 30. If it is required to change a program used by the CPU 10, the data is read again out of the device 40 and written into the RAM 30. Then the data is read out of the RAM 30 and processed. Thus the processing contents of the CPU 10 can be optionally prescribed at each time based on the data transferred from the device 40. As a result, the processing contents of a 1-chip CPU system can be easily changed with the data received from outside. |
