PURPOSE:To quickly change the manufacturing process order of a large quantity of lots with no mistake by obtaining the next manufacturing process information which is updated for each lot and every time the manufacturing process order is changed via a 3rd storage. CONSTITUTION:The information on the 1st and 2nd manufacturing process orders are stored in the 1st and 2nd storages 1 and 2 respectively. A data comparison processing part 4 reads the 1st and 2nd manufacturing process orders out of both storages 1 and 2, and searches the corresponding relating between both processes to produce a process corresponding table, and stores this table in the storage 2. Then a data update processing part 5 reads out the information on the storage 2 and the information on a 3rd storage 3 which stores the next manufacturing process information for each lot and updates the information on the next manufacturing process of each lot and the manufacturing process order to be applied. Thus the next manufacturing process information necessary for production control can be read out of the storage 3. In such a constitution, all operations of the part 5 are automatically carried out so as to quickly deal with the change of the manufacturing process. |
